I HEARD A SUBLIMINAL AND THIS HAPPENED😨

Hello everyone, I hope you people are doing good and keeping safe.

In today’s bolg I will be sharing with you guys my experience of when I tried a subliminal to loose weight!!!

Experience; Before doing this subliminal challenge myself I watched several vedios of people who had done this challenge before and most of them got negative thoughts and vibes, a headache or a stomach ache after listening to it.

But for me the experience was quite different. As soon as I listened to it I got a boost of positivity in me, my mind felt quite relaxed, there were no negative thoughts as such. It turned out to be like a meditation for me.

Results; Before starting this challenge my weight was 61.5 and after 7 days ie. on completion of the challenge I was 60kg. I lost 1.5 kgs😲. This was really Epic and insane.

I suggest you all should also try this challenge out. I have linked the subliminal which I heard below👇https://youtu.be/BBOA3AuE7Y0

Linger : When You’re Gone

This book is an amazing mind blowing psychological thrilling read. The best thing if any thriller is narration,  storyline, pace maintenance amd suspense throughout the book. I must say this book had all four.

The characters were vivid and described nicely. The story was well plotted and it was made sure that the story did no go monotonous at all. The story switched between past and present which could be a tad bit confusing for novice readers of this genre. The story was intriguing till the end. Especially Miris with her hyperosmia, her experience was well penned.

Overall, it was great read. The coverread this book cover to cover and in the introduction it is mentioned how good this book actually is and I totally agree with that. I have no complaints from this book.

HAPPY ANNIVERSAY WFIB BLOGGING

It’s been a year since we started to grow,
I know there were hurdles like a creeching crow.
There were people who thought it was a bit random,
All of them had joined us now singing ram sum sum.
The success was high at times, at once it was too and fro,
Still we are learning from our mistakes bcze there are high scopes to grow.
The journey is not easy for sure,
There are many achievements yet to secure.
But with our team we will show, that hardwork always do glow.
Time will change, some will go and some will stay,
But will this snag will also go, just like any other day.
One fine day, the success will surely bow
Bcze, learning from our mistakes, we will grow.

Wordy World Challenge 💪

The pen is mightier than sword and a word is sharper than knife.

In our day to day life, we use many types of 🔪 knives🍴. Some to cut, some to chop and some to spread butter on a piece of tasteless bread🍞.

In similar way, we speak 🗣 thousands of words without thinking once.

Our some spoken words can cut or chop someone’s heart into pieces.

Some spoken words can heal or soothe someone’s heart 💖.

So, choose your knives🔪🍴 or words 🗣 wisely.

Stay positive and spread positivity.

DEPRESSION

A mental health disorder characterised by persistently depressed mood or loss of interest in activities, causing significant impairment in daily life.Possible causes include a combination of biological, psychological and social sources of distress. Increasingly, research suggests that these factors may cause changes in brain function, including altered activity of certain neural circuits in the brain. The persistent feeling of sadness or loss of interest that characterises major depression can lead to a range of behavioural and physical symptoms. These may include changes in sleep, appetite, energy level, concentration, daily behaviour or self-esteem. Depression can also be associated with thoughts of suicide. The mainstay of treatment is usually medication, talk therapy or a combination of the two. Increasingly, research suggests that these treatments may normalise brain changes associated with depression.

according to wikipedia 17% are residents of India . we have 17% percent of suicide in India .

out of which many student suicide because of exam and many more .

such reason are –

  • if a student get failed in exam . he/she lost 50% of his/her mind thinking of that what society will say and what they will think .
  • some die in thinking of that what parent will say or they will bit him / her .
  • some due to personal reason .
  • some think that world will say loser to him .

society speaks but the thing which matter is that what you learn from your mistake or your failure . so , don’t think what society will say . not every student is capable of scoring high but they have other good talent . a single paper can’t determine your future .

everything have solution . but that solution is not suicide .

WFIB’S BLOGGING request you to share your feeling with other not keep it in your mind .
