WE ARE DONE- Chapter 1

“We are over”, said Arman.

Divya could not believe what she heard. She was really happy that after such long break she was going to meet her love!

Tears welled up in her eyes and with the same overwhelmed voice she asked, “But why?” Arman being subtle in his voice said, “Because, my family is searching a rishta for me and I cannot do all this being with you.”

They both knew it from the start that they will have to part their ways. Divya, being a hindu knew from the very beginning that Arman who come from a strong Muslim family would never ever marry her and they both were happy with this life.

But as it is said that, “We can never be enough ready for the future crisis”, this came to Divya as a massive shock.

She ran all the moments they spend together in the past 18 months. It was like the world ended for her on that day.

Finally she grabbed all her strength and said, “OK.”

Arman understood her state of mind and also decided to say quite for a while to allow Divya to soak in all the information. 20 minutes passed by, Divya did not utter a word.

Finally to somewhat sooth Divya, Arman said, “We will still be friends.”

Divya was ready for this take. She just smiled at him and got up to leave.

There, at BPT garden, they both said their last “GOOD-BYE” to each other. On the way home, Divya was completely devastated. She cried all her heart out as she knew that her father will be home and he will be worried to see Divya low.

Coming home she immediately fetched her best friend to tell her what happened. “Radha, it’s over!” she said and hugged her to cry.

But not even a single drop of tear came. That was time Divya understood that what she was feeling wasn’t love.

  •

Days passed and Divya was finally getting over her breakup. She was enjoying her family time with her parents, aunt and cousins. She used to talk to Arman once in a while, but she never texted him first. Arman used to complaint about this too, which made Divya feel a bit guilty. She was so confused with this new emotion she was feeling.

Later, as the time passed by, she discovered that she was happy. Yes, Divya was happy! She was now free to do what all she wants. She could now wear any clothes, no scarfs, no restrictions to spend time with her loved ones, no one to stop from eating all her favorite chaats, starting from Paani Puri to all the way to Pizza.

Slowly, Divya understood that, SHE WAS NOT IN LOVE WITH ARMAN, ever! This silly realization shook her at first and then she boosted herself up saying that anyways Arman is going to marry another girl. Gradually, Divya’s life was back on track. She was having the time of her life, she was again active on all her social media handles, she was happily interacting and meeting with many new people and most importantly, she was loving herself more the each passing day.

HAPPY ANNIVERSAY WFIB BLOGGING

It’s been a year since we started to grow,
I know there were hurdles like a creeching crow.
There were people who thought it was a bit random,
All of them had joined us now singing ram sum sum.
The success was high at times, at once it was too and fro,
Still we are learning from our mistakes bcze there are high scopes to grow.
The journey is not easy for sure,
There are many achievements yet to secure.
But with our team we will show, that hardwork always do glow.
Time will change, some will go and some will stay,
But will this snag will also go, just like any other day.
One fine day, the success will surely bow
Bcze, learning from our mistakes, we will grow.

BOOK REVIEW- NIKOLA TESLA AND 5 OTHER UNSUNG INVENTORS

Book- Nikola Tesla & Five Other Unsung Inventors
Author- Girish V. Magre
Genre- Biographies / Non-fiction / Essay
Format- Kindle
Ratings- 3.5/5

REVIEW:
This book talks about 6 inventors:
1. Nikola Tesla
2. Alfred Nobel
3. Mary Beatrice Davidson Kenner
4. Subrahmanyan Chandrasekhar
5. Viktor Emil Frankl
6. Robert Kerns
Author Girish Magre has written this book with a view of appreciating these heroes who had contributed to many inventions that are helping many of us today.

My Thoughts:
Reading something like this was really a new experience for me. I have read a complete autobiography but combine biographies always held me back. I used to think that this format would never give justice to one’s story.
But to my surprize I actually read it with interest. The information provided was adequate to know why these 6 were called as the unsung heroes.
Really a very interesting read.

Points I liked :
– The idea of putting light on the people who are not always celebrated.

This is something really close to my heart- Sath Bitaye Pal.

Wo 2017 se lekar abhi tak ki saari yaade
Wo sath bitaye pal aur wo tumse hui mithi faryade
Hadh de zyada nok jhonk hui hai , lekin hui bhot sari pyar ki bhi baate.
Aap khaas ho humare liye isliye kabhi samjha nhi paenge kitna hum tumko hai chahte.
Yaad hai wo pehli baar jab hum mile the?
Charni rd stn pe do dil anjane me khile the
Tab kya wo suhana din tha, jab milne ke liye tumne bhot manaya tha
Ab dekho, humse itne pareshan ho gye ho ki tumhari train humare platform pr rukhti hi nahi.
Par sach batau? tumhe yeh berukhi jara bhi jajti hi nahi .
Mana ki hum tumhe khoob satate hai
Lekin tum hi batao kya itna haq hum kisi aur pe kabhi jatate hai?
Chalo jane do yeh kadvi baate abhi ke liye
Aao kuch pyaar bhare kisse hum tumhe sunate hai

Aur maine bhi utne hi pyaar se inkaar kiya tha?
Socho kya hota agr tum tb maan gye hote ?
Shayad aazadi se kahi pubg hi khel rhe hote.
Mana kiya, gusse se chillaya fir bhi tumne tab picha nhi chodha tha
Bhot logo ke samjhane bd me samjhi thi tab jaa kar tumse dil joda tha
Tab tumne kaha tha hum sath bichadhne ke liye nhi hai
Tumhari maa ne bhi mujhe apni bahu samjhkar tumhari khoob sari baate kahi hai.
Jb mujhe zaroorat thi tb humesha tum tab mere sath the.
Fir kaise hi tumhara haath chodh du jab tum nahi is baar bas kuch halaat kharab the?
Mana ki ki maine bhot sari galti ki hai
Ha lekin ek cheez sahi hai, yeh jo apse dil lagi ki hai
Tum kehte ho tum hume ab itna pasand aate nahi.
Arey chup , jhuth hai yeh baat, ab bhi utna hi pyaar karte ho mujhse, warna us din clg jane ke baad clg ya msg nhi aaya isliye tum hume 3 4 call lagate nahi.
Bas filhal yu samjh lo ki humare liye thoda mushkil waqt aya hai.
Par yaad rakho, yeh waqt bhi beet hi jaega.
Mujhe pura vishwas hai mera pyar bhi tumhe nazar aaega.
Chalo ab zyada kuch kahungi tih ro dungi isliye bas yeh baate yahi tak rakhte hai.
Bas itna yaad dilana chahti hu ki yeh pyaar hai jo humare bich hai , na ki koi jor jabardasti hai
Aur yeh samjh lo janab hume ek dusre se door jana  nahi hai
Qki tumne hi kaha tha “hum sath bichadhne ke liye nhi hai”

Book Review: F Stands for Success by Rakhi Kapoor

Book-  F Stands for Success
Writer- Rakhi Kapoor

Genre- Self-help
Format- Kindle
Price- ₹0 for Kindle Unlimited
Pages- 150
Rating- 4/5

Review:
The book talks about rising from one’s failure and how opportunities come to a person capable of bringing them to reality at a right time. There are different concepts being discussed such as ifeas flying in space instead of being captured in a human mind.
The main focus of the author is on the concept of learning from failures and not giving up in your dreams.

My Thoughts:
I rarely like any self-help books but this one is my favourite read of 2021. I am not saying that after reading this book my outlook towards life changed completely but in some manner the book felt relatable and it motivated me somewhat. Most of the authors often keep bragging about how great they are doing in life and how talented they are in grabbing opportunities and now their hardwork has paid off. But this author talked about something which is very common but rarely discussed ! She talked about how she failed in life and about encountering failure multiple times. It really felt very much relatable for a commoner like me !

Points I liked:
🌺The book felt very relatable.
🌺 The book focused on a very realistic problem.

Suggestions:
📍 I would have loved to read more examples.
